Presentation: Tidal Triggering of Tectonic Processes.
I have recently given a talk as part of my master degree. It was about tidal force as trigger mechanism for tectonic processes on the Moon, Earth, the Saturnian satellite Enceladus and the Galilean satellite Europa. I have included the presentation and the report over the project – both in Danish.

I have made my presentation with LaTeX beamer class, it is very neat and can only be recommended. At the same time I will like to do some advertising for latexmk my newly discovered latex compiler. With latexmk it is possible to autocompile your document and it runs auxiliary programs (bibtex and makeindex) as well. I admit it is geeky and it takes some time to accustom, but then, you never want to use another LaTeX compiler. It was recommended to my by Thomas Jansson and he has made a great article about it, go to the article .
